Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link once it is shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote areas may take a little longer.
• We use trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• A flat fee of ₹50 is charged for orders below ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available yet.

Delays

• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or holidays.
• We appreciate your patience and support in such cases.
